Downtown Business Association of Stuart, Inc.
Our Mission Statement:
To provide a cohesive vision and an action plan for sustainability and future growth of business in Historic Downtown Stuart and the surrounding areas.
Our Primary Goal:
To market and promote the businesses in the Historic Downtown District and the surrounding areas.
What We Do:
We promote the unique history of Stuart by supporting Stuart Heritage Museum.
The DBA plans events downtown with our events committee and in cooperation with the City. These events include: Treasure Coast Pirate Fest, Stuart Strolls, and the Rockin’ Riverwalk Music Series.
We promote “positives” about downtown, and the surrounding areas and encourage shoppers that we are an alternative to boring & “cookie cutter” mall shopping.
The DBA, as a body of business people has a collective voice with City government, which is regarded as influential. We provide a platform through which to air grievances and concerns.
Monthly DBA meetings are scheduled for 9am on the 4th Wednesday of each month in the City Hall Commission Chambers and everyone is welcome.
These meetings review plans for downtown events and advertising.
